Aubrey K. Burt Surveys was founded in 1993 by its present owner Aubrey Kevin Burt, Newfoundland Land Surveyor.

What started out as a one person operation with only part time help has evolved into a full service land surveying company serving all of the Avalon Peninsula daily , with the mobility and experience to go anywhere within Newfoundland & Labrador.

Our company boasts many high profile clients within Newfoundland and Atlantic Canada. We have successfully completed many large projects such as the preliminary topographic work for the St. John's Airport Expansion ,several subdivisions - large and small and the site for the Kent Superstore and Sobeys located in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland plus many more. However, individual legal surveys and Real Property Reports are the core of our existence.

Aubrey K. Burt Surveys has the personnel, equipment and experience to complete any land surveying project to any prearranged specifications and time frame.

Our modern office has the latest in computer hardware and software. Our trained AutoCad users complete every project in digital form and can supply our clients with a hard copy or can e-mail the same to any specified location.
